This document provides customers of Petr Veselý, ID: 87078015 with information on how their personal data is processed and the rights associated with it.

Petr Veselý holds the following information about its customers:

• Identification data – in particular name, surname ; we collect this data to the extent necessary to identify you as a customer for the purpose of processing your order.
• Contact details – address, email and telephone number; we collect this information from you in order to communicate effectively and arrange for the shipment of goods

The data is primarily used to fulfill the business activities that are the subject of Peter Vesely’s business, i.e. processing your order and arranging the transport of the goods. Petr Veselý is also governed by the Commercial Code, under which mandatory data on all its business activities are archived.

How long do we keep your data?

Petr Veselý stores the personal data of its customers for the period of time determined by the statutory regulations of the tax authority on the basis of the Commercial Code. After the expiry of the relevant periods, the data is archived. Petr Veselý keeps the archive for a maximum of 10 years for the purposes of the tax office’s control and according to §1 (2) of the Accounting Act no. 563/1991 and longer according to §27 of the Value Added Tax Act no. 235/2004.

What information do we need about you?

For the business activities of Petr Veselý we need to be able to know who you are and to be able to contact you. For this purpose, we need your identification and contact details. In the case of taking photo documentation, minutes of meetings, Petr Veselý considers the processing of information to be a legitimate interest. When weighing the legitimate interests of Petr Veselý against the harm to your rights as a customer, we have assessed that Petr Veselý is entitled to carry out these activities. Petr Veselý reserves the right to conduct analyses of user behavior on its website. These analyses include, for example: measuring traffic, the number of users who have viewed an advertising banner and the number of clicks on an individual banner.

We only pass on your personal and contact details to the carrier for the purpose of arranging transport of the goods as requested in your order.
